Stream of unconsciousness
Dec. 6th, 2003 01:29 pmAfter 4 or 5 days of sleeping an average of 2 hrs a day, it finally caught up with me Thursday night and all of yesterday. Now I'm back on track, it seems.
Mr Other Guitarist has still not shown any signs of being available for band work. I'm getting somewhat annoyed now.
Bought clothes on Saturday. Well, just a new pair of combats and socks, cos I'm not rich enough to buy anything cool.

This is just wrong: http://v3.espacenet.com/textdoc?CY=ep&LG=en&IDX=GB2272154 . Leave them in there!
http://maddox.xmission.com/ is still great.
Whereas this - http://www.flashplayer.com/animation/amileaminutestarwars.html - is pure genius. Probably not suitable for those on dialup though.
Same goes for this, although you have to be a geek to really appreciate it: http://www.flashplayer.com/animation/8bitdnd.html
This is the coolest idea for software I've seen in a while: http://www.ghostzilla.com/ . A web browser that hides in your other programs - great for work.
Talking of work, I'm still entirely unemployed with little hope of getting a job. Therefore the self-employment instinct - hidden away for so long - has resurfaced once again and dominated my free time. I'm refining a web site idea, including ways to generate cash from it, and in the longer term I'm thinking about my music and also planning to get seriously into writing, like my English teachers used to tell me to.
