(no subject)

It occurs to me that we've gone for two months without having a light in the bathroom. It just seems so natural now that I don't think about it. Like the broken window, too. We don't really want to nag the agency about these things until we get a 6 month extension on our lease though. Technically we're homeless in just over 2 weeks but we can't see a reason why they wouldn't give us an extension.

Everything outside is a drab shade of grey. It's very... unmotivating. It's as if the world doesn't give a shit, so I won't either. I'm just playing computer games a lot at the moment and not getting much else done. Guitar practice is tedious and song writing is quite taxing. When it goes well, you don't want to stop. But until that point, it's a real effort. It's all about reaching that threshold.

At least I can go out tonight and enjoy myself for a bit. In theory!
