Jan. 17th, 2006 09:12 pmThe experiment of taking the bus to and from work instead of the train isn't working out too well. On 2 days' evidence, I lose 10 to 20 minutes of time and an extra £20 a week month. I will probably have come to a decision after tomorrow, I think.
I bought 5 cds today: Opeth's "Ghost Reveries", Sentenced's "Down", "Orama" by On Thorns I Lay, Type O Negative's "Life Is Killing Me", and "Ultimate Darkness" by Darkseed. £44 for 5 albums, which isn't bad for UK prices. I am also looking forward to the forthcoming albums by Katatonia and Lacuna Coil, although I expect I won't much like either of them. The Daylight Dies album, due out on March 13th allegedly, will undoubtedly crush both of them into the metaphorical dirt. Apparently Daylight Dies are opening for Emperor on the New York dates, which would great to see.
No other news; I'm off to finish writing this song, even if it kills me.
