Not much to report. I have my 4-month review at work tomorrow, so I'd just like to tell [profile] lost_in_moose that it was a pleasure working with him and I apologise for not commenting any of my source code which he'll have to fix once I'm sacked. :)

This is funny: science fair.
And this is interesting (for some), as it's comparing MySpace and Orkut to virtual worlds.

And does anybody have any thoughts on the "Super Columbine Massacre RPG"? I've known about this for a year or two, but it's become big news now that it's finished. It was nominated for an prize at a forthcoming independent game developers' festival, and then was withdrawn apparently because of pressure regarding potential negative publicity. Now about 40% of the other nominees have withdrawn their own games in an act of solidarity. Interesting situation. Is it ok to make films about horrific events but not to make games about them?
