That's another one that pisses me off, drivers who don't use indicators, or perhaps more specifically, drivers who think that indicators are only for other cars and that therefore they are optional the rest of the time, thus making it quite hard to know when is safe to cross. I think they just need to get some more respect for people and for the rules that are there for everybody's benefit!
