Jul. 21st, 2004 06:34 pmDecent day so far. First, I got refunded the money that the Student Loans company took from me. This goes straight towards rent and deposit on the new place, which I should be able to move to this Friday evening. So that'll be yet another house abandoned, although I can't say I'll miss this place.
I also went to the opticians for an eye test, the first in over 10 years for me. She said my eyes were 'literally perfect', which is a refreshing counterbalance to the dentist telling me on Monday that I needed most of my mouth amputated.
Job interview tomorrow. This is annoying because it's a three-hour thing with a tour and other silliness, and I'm running short of time before moving house now. Mainly though I wish that some of the other jobs I applied for would have replied by now, since this one tomorrow is the one I'm least interested in. Typical.
