My skull is fractured!

Ok, so that's maybe a little bit of an exaggeration. I just went to the dentist for an extraction and two fillings that he thought he'd throw in as some sort of freebie while he was up there. During the removal of the dodgy tooth he informed me that he was likely to break a bit of bone off too, and that would be totally normal and actually aid healing. So, he fractured my skull, the fiend!

Anyway, now my mouth is half-numbed and I'm biting down on a large cotton wool gauze which is nearly saturated with blood. Mmm. Still, no pain (yet) so I can't complain.
