Number 5 is alive
May. 9th, 2005 10:27 pmThanks to all those of you who commented on my last post, proving that I am in fact, not human. In fact, I am a T666 cyborg sent back from the future to kill emo kids.
Instead of doing something fun tonight like enjoying an Evening'O'Rock™ in nearby Loughborough I am fighting with my computer. (![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
njaard will be pleased to learn that I can now run Noatun and play my mp3s on that. He will be doubly impressed to learn that it first crashes the KDE sound system every time I run it, too.) In particular I am struggling with the annoyance that writing a makefile to do something useful is about 100x harder than writing a shell script to do the same sort of thing.
I really have nothing interesting to report, as normal.
