In my life I have only purchased one item of food from Subway. This was done today, as an experiment, as I have no idea how good or bad it is.
They have managed to give me entirely the wrong item, despite all their food being prepared in a sequential line, for customers who are also arranged in a matching sequential line. How is that possible?
So, after this 100% failure rate, it is safe to say they have permanently lost a customer. Gross incompetence will not be rewarded on my watch.
