- The guy who invented the modern web browser is very impressed by the Facebook embeddable application platform
- Creator of Linux's Reiser filesystem accused of murdering his wife, with interesting subtexts regarding violent computer games
- Robots learn to walk properly, rather than the rather artificial way that previous robots have used, thus hastening the day when Skynet-led angry robots can scour the land looking for human survivors
- The father of MMORPGs, and indeed most online games, bemoans the fact that the UK has virtually no education devoted to game design, despite it being a massive industry...
- ...but not as massive as it used to be, with the UK falling from 3rd to 4th place in the global game development charts. All down to underinvestment?
And completely unrelated, read about the Principality of Sealand, a pseudo-independent state just outside the Thames Estuary, because it's interesting.
