Very quick Bloodstock day 1 review

Highlights:
Season's End being amazing compared to the shitty MP3s I was given over a year ago;
Liquid Sky not being bad either for someone I've never heard of;
Alexi Laiho's soloing for Sinergy;
Illuminatus being better live than recorded;
Crowds of people singing Primal Fear's "Metal Is Forever!!!" at 12am on the streets of Derby.

Anti-highlights:
Invey being nu-metal - wrong festival, sorry;
Not being able to find kimmehkins - where were you hiding?
Spending all my money cos I felt compelled to buy Season's End's album;
Being asked if my ex-girlfriend was going be there - what's it got to do with me?

I'll be back there in 10 hours for the second day, with Primal Fear, Children of Bodom, Sonata Arctica, The Prophecy, Edenbridge, Evergrey, and others. Fun fun fun.
