again!

So, I got that package sent back out to me last Friday by the original sender, who had it returned to him after Royal Mail fucked up redelivering it to me. And... they've now tried to return it to sender AGAIN, except this time never even bothering to try and deliver it here in the first place! We've had no postman come here and no 'you were out' card posted. It's just gone straight back. Their web site claims "In most cases you should have been left a card to say we tried to deliver your item. If you can’t find one then don’t worry because we will try to re-deliver – usually on the next working day." Except they never do try to redeliver unless you request it, and if you never got a card how are you supposed to know you need a redelivery?

According to the sender, who I contacted yesterday evening, late last night the track and trace page said it was yet to be delivered (4 days after it should have been delivered, that is). Today, it says they've tried to deliver/return it to the original sender, who wasn't in. I'm incensed at the abysmal service I get from this pathetic excuse for a company (as I hesitate to call them an 'organisation' as that would imply the possession of certain skills they obviously lack).
